Tiana is a 1 year old German Shepherd Dog mix. She is a very sweet dog, affectionate and local in true Shepherd form. She is a little bit overwhelmed by the noise and commotion at the kennels and will glue herself to your legs. She does wonderful in a car, will wait for you to leash her up, and then loves to walk with you. Overall, she is a wonderful silly girl looking for a new furever family

Max is a gorgeous 4 year old male Husky who came into rescue because he was in a house where there was a drug raid and everybody went to jail. Now Max is looking for a much better home!! He has the most adorable curlicue tail! He gets along with people and dogs and will lean into you for pets and love. He appears smart but does not know any commands so we are working with him on the basics.

Chloe is a sweet 3-4 year old black and white Husky with parti-eyes. She loves people. kids, and other dogs. She also loves car rides and walks great on leash!

Kaia is a 3 year old Shiba Inu/Klee Kai mix who was rescued from a hoarding situation as a puppy 3 years ago. Unfortunately she was not socialized at all before we were able to rescue her and she has struggled to fit into a family. Her traits are very true to the Shiba Inu breed. Her perfect home would be with a family of adults in the country who do not have frequent visitors or children in the home often. She does not like children at all. She does get along with some other dogs but she needs to be able to be the alpha dog. We feel that the perfect home is out there somewhere for her and we are dedicated in trying to find it. Shiba Inu experience is a plus. Dedication and patience in helping her succeed is a must.

What we do know is that he loves playing with other dogs, walks well on leash, loves to lean in for head scratches, can be laid back, but can also be a typical young Husky!

Brodie is in rescue because his human broke his hip and is no longer able to properly care for him. Brodie is friendly with just about everybody human and canine, including children.
Brodie is crate trained and well behaved in the house. He does well on leashes and loves the car, which is good news because he enjoys walks and hikes. He knows basic commands and is a really good listener! Brodie has been known to jump and has escaped from time to time, but he is not a digger. All in all Brodie is a fabulous guy who would make a great addition to any family!
And did we mention that he likes to talk?? Yes, this boy loves to talk! So if you are a good listener, he will definitely talk to you a lot!

Luna is a approximately a year old black and white female that was surrendered to MaPaw because she was no longer wanted by her family. We aren’t sure why because she is an amazing dog! She is wonderful with people and plays well with some of the Huskies. She will do wonderful with an active family! Be prepared for lots of cuddling with this girl!

Panzer is a 4 year old male who came to MaPaw because he was too much for his prior family to handle. He has been nothing but fabulous since he came to us. He knows many commands and plays wonderfully with some of the other Huskies. We think he will do wonderful with an active family!
